We are seeking a Medical Assistant with a high level of proficiency in Phlebotomy to join our in-office team.

Essential Functions:

Strong phlebotomy skills, handling multiple draws per day.
Medical Assistant with EKG experience, proficient with medical terminology and office skills to handle responsibilities outside of clinical.
This candidate has a strong customer service background and excellent interpersonal communication.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Previous experience in medical assistance, phlebotomy, nursing, or other related fields. Familiarity with medical terminology, computer software, Outlook, and the Windows suite.
Strong organizational skills and professional etiquette.
Collect vitals, blood, urine, and DNA samples.
Distribute samples to designated departments.
Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
Adhere to laboratory safety policies and procedures.
Answer in bound calls & schedule appointments.
Manage payroll process.
Assist in the onboarding of new examiners.

Qualifications and Skills:

3-5 years practical MA or Phlebotomy Experience.
Experience taking VITALS (Height, Weight, & Blood Pressure Readings).
Computer-literate and Proficient in working with Multiple Databases.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, team environment.
