We are seeking an experienced and professional Lead Case Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our APPS Paramedical Services program. This role coordinates mobile paramedical cases, supports field staff, and oversees administrative workflows to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage paramedical cases, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, referral sources, and examiners.
- Oversee office operations, supplies, equipment, and vendor services.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Handle client calls, emails, and issue resolution in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare case management, medical office operations, or paramedical services.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/documentation systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
